What You'll Do
- Install residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, piping, water lines, and drainage systems.
- Replace and upgrade existing plumbing systems.
- Ensure all installations meet plumbing codes and company quality standards.
- Perform quality checks to ensure every installation is completed correctly the first time.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain completed work.
- Work closely with teammates to complete projects safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Follow all company safety procedures and installation standards.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of residential plumbing installation experience.
- Experience installing water heaters, fixtures, piping, and complete residential plumbing systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and safely work in crawl spaces, basements, and on ladders.
