Internal Medicine Physician – Primary Care (House Calls)

Our Queens practice is committed to bringing high-quality primary care directly to patients' homes, providing a unique opportunity for personalized, in-home healthcare. We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician who is dedicated to patient-centered care to join our team. This role allows for meaningful patient interactions in a home setting, supported by a skilled and collaborative team.

As an Internal Medicine Physician focused on house calls, you'll provide comprehensive primary and preventive care services directly in patients' homes throughout Queens. This position is ideal for a provider who values flexibility, relationship-building, and delivering care where it's needed most. Travel within the Queens area is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver primary care and preventive health services in patients' homes.
• Conduct thorough assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and offer follow-up care in a comfortable home setting.
• Collaborate with Medical Assistants, Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants, and administrative staff to coordinate care and ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all visits and treatment plans.

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Active licensure in the state of New York.
• Commitment to in-home, patient-centered care.
• Ability to travel within Queens to conduct house calls.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $220,000 - $250,000 per year, based on experience.
