Job Skills / Requirements

Responsabilidades del Conserje:

Limpieza general del edificio y mantenimiento del mismo.
Aspirar, barrer y trapear los pisos.
Limpieza y abastecimiento de los baños.
Recoger y desechar la basura.

Requisitos para el puesto de Conserje: • Capacidad para gestionar el tiempo de manera eficiente.• Ser capaz de trabajar de manera independiente y eficiente sin supervisión. • Habilidad para levantar al menos 25 libras y asta 50lbs.• Capaz de limpiar con una variedad de productos de limpieza y químicos.• Experiencia en el uso de equipos de limpieza básicos. Salario inicial de $12.50 a $13.25 con oportunidades de aumento basado en el desempeño.
