Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service at the deli counter, including answering questions and taking orders. Slice meats and cheeses, prepare salads, sandwiches, and hot foods according to company standards. Package, label, weigh, and price deli products accurately. Maintain clean work areas, sanitize equipment, and follow all food safety guidelines. Stock and rotate deli items, check expiration dates, and assist with inventory counts. Operate deli equipment safely, including slicers, ovens, fryers, and scales. Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Basic math skills for weighing and pricing items. Attention to detail and commitment to food safety. Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25–40 lbs.
