Shipping and Receiving AssociateLinde Advanced Material Technologies Inc.Indianapolis, IN, United States | req32381 12-hour shift, nights: 12:00PM - 12:30AMWhat You Will Enjoy DoingAdhere to safety expectations and report any unsafe practices or conditionsMaintain regular and predictable attendanceHandle all aspects of shipping and receiving, including retrieving production parts, preparing shipments, and loading/unloading trucks for production parts and plant suppliesInspect and unwrap incoming parts, verify container counts, and perform visual damage checksSchedule and coordinate freight pick-ups for production parts, recycling, and other plant needsEnter sales orders and generate customer invoices accurately and in a timely mannerOperate forklifts and other material-handling equipment for deliveries, shipments, and general plant needsMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient dock area in accordance with 5S standardsPerform other duties as assignedWhat Makes You GreatHigh School degree or GED is requiredExperience working in a production/manufacturing and/or plant environment is requiredShipping/receiving experience preferredExperience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite) preferredWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)Able to operate a forklift and other shipping/receiving equipmentStrong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructionsBasic math skillsAble to lift up to 40 lbs.Why You Will Love Working With UsLinde Advanced Material Technologies, formerly Praxair Surface Technologies, is a company that revolutionizes industries through innovative materials and surface coatings.
