Senior People Partner: Strategy & Talent (Hybrid)
Pacific Gas & Electric Co
Pacific Gas and Electric Company is seeking a dynamic People Business Partner to align business objectives with coworkers and leadership across designated regions. You will drive HR programs, lead performance and pay planning, and focus on employee relations and labor relations to enhance workplace outcomes.
The role reports to the Director, People Partner and is based in Oakland with hybrid work options. Travel within PG&E’s service territory is required.
