Certifications: BLS, Mandatory reporter certification (Child and Adult)


Must-Have Skills/Experience:
Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute care settings.
Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations.


Description:
Patient population primarily includes adults.
Guaranteed hours of 36 or 48 can be accommodated.
Unit has a capacity of 13 beds with a patient ratio of 1 RN to 6 patients.
Equipment includes lift equipment.
Electronic Health Record (EHR) system in use is Meditech.
Supervisor is available for support.
Team dynamics are essential for providing individualized, seamless care.
Common diagnoses/treatments include neurological issues, trauma, burns, gait training, strengthening, and wound care.
Travel experience is preferred but not required.
Candidate must be prepared for weekend shifts every other week.
Acute care experience of at least one year is required.
Dress code allows any scrub color.
Unacceptable attire will be communicated during onboarding.
