Position Summary:

Dietary Cook helps to provide the nutritional needs of our residents, staff, and guest. In this role, you will cook and serve food that follows specific, predetermined standards and nutritional or dietary guidelines. This role is essential to the health of our residents, so we are looking for someone with experience in both food preparation and nutrition. Applicants with experience in elderly care or cooking for individuals with strict dietary restrictions is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

• Must possess, as a minimum, High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in food prep and service preferred as a Dietary Cook.
• Experience in LTC Dietary preferred.
• Food Handler's permit required.
• Customer service skills required.
• Must be able to speak, understand, and write fluent English.
