Cardiovascular Technologist (CVL Tech)

Salary Range: $29.09 - $40.50 per hour

The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range.

Plus Call Required in addition to regular schedule, 30-minute response time required while on-call

Position Overview:

Provides procedural support in the Cardiovascular Lab including procedural patient care and, either scrubbing or monitoring functions.

Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• One (1) year of experience in a clinical role at an acute care facility, or certificate of completion from Scrub/Surgical Tech or Monitor Tech Program

• Basic Life Support (BLS)

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certifications within (6) months of hire date

Preferred:

• RCIS or RCES certifications
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of cardiovascular procedures and cardiovascular anatomy
