HR Administrator (BBBH15489) Londonderry, Northern Ireland Overview VANRATH is partnering with a respected Derry manufacturing organisation to recruit a HR Administrator / Recruitment Co-Ordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy HR team, supporting the full employee lifecycle while managing end-to-end recruitment. You'll work closely with managers across the business in a collaborative environment with opportunities to develop your HR career. Salary & Benefits Competitive salary (DOE) 4 & 1/2 day week Bonus & more About You Previous experience in a similar HR Administration role Proven experience managing or coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews and onboarding new starters Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience maintaining accurate records and producing reports Previous experience working with HR systems, time and attendance systems or personnel records is desirable CIPD Level 3 in People Practice (or working towards) is desirable What You'll Do Provide HR administration across the full employee lifecycle Manage end-to-end recruitment, including advertising, shortlisting, interviews and onboarding Prepare contracts, offer letters and new starter documentation Maintain HR records, reports and employee data Administer the Time & Attendance system and support payroll queries Produce HR metrics and management reports Liaise with recruitment agencies and hiring managers Support employee wellbeing initiatives and HR projects Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR policies Deliver an efficient, confidential and professional HR support service #J-18808-Ljbffr
