Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid and current Occupational Therapy license
• Proven experience working with school-aged children in educational or healthcare settings
• Proficiency with both teletherapy platforms and in-person intervention
• Adaptability for home health and remote delivery models as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging families, students, and educational staff
• Ability to effectively interpret and execute Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborative mindset for participating in multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Delivery of occupational therapy evaluations and interventions tailored for school-aged populations
• Implement therapy via in-person and remote sessions, adjusting strategies for each student’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to advance student outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student-centered goals
• Monitor and report on outcome measures, adapting plans as necessary
