Practice Overview

Active role in an expanding gastroenterology fellowship program with strong applicant interest
Established patient panel with new appointments booked six months in advance
Broad scope of general gastroenterology cases without transplant or bariatric procedures
Multidisciplinary, case-based learning environment that encourages collaboration
Stable clinical volume that supports both teaching and academic engagement

Schedule & Academic Focus

Flexible schedule designed to support work-life balance
Early-career physicians focus on clinical care and teaching
Experienced faculty can tailor academic, research, and leadership time
One week per month call rotation with fellows taking first call
Weekly GI case conferences and ongoing academic collaboration

Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed base salary in year one, transitioning to a production model with quarterly bonuses
