RN Case Manager: Discharge & Care Coordination

Universal Hospital Services Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for hospital-based case management in Texas. The role involves coordinating with departments to ensure high-level patient care, and performing CMS data entry and financial responsibilities in CMS/UDS/SMS/CERNER systems.
