Project Management Practice Lead | Hybrid | $150K - $220K + Bonus Lead Enterprise Transformation in the Insurance Industry A nationally recognized financial services organization is seeking a Project Management Practice Lead to drive delivery excellence, portfolio optimization, and enterprise transformation initiatives across a large, complex environment. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced PMO and transformation executive who thrives on aligning strategy, governance, and execution to deliver measurable business outcomes. What You'll Do Lead enterprise PMO and delivery practices Design and evolve governance frameworks, prioritization models, and portfolio management processes Partner with executive leadership to align strategic initiatives with business objectives Drive organizational transformation from process-focused to value-driven delivery models Improve execution visibility, risk management, decision-making, and delivery performance Mentor and scale project management capabilities across the organization What We're Looking For 15+ years of experience leading enterprise programs, PMOs, transformations, or strategic initiatives 10+ years of experience within the Life & Annuity Insurance industry Strong expertise in portfolio management, governance, organizational transformation, and enterprise delivery Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead through change Experience building and scaling high-performing project management organizations PMP certification or equivalent leadership experience preferred Why Consider This Opportunity? 401(k) with Employer Contributions If you have a track record of leading enterprise PMOs, driving large-scale transformation initiatives, and delivering measurable business value within the Life & Annuity sector, I'd love to connect. “Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
