U.S. Lawns Cleveland East is hiring an appointment setter to help grow our commercial landscaping and snow services. You’ll call businesses and commercial property contacts, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for our estimator.

Pay: $20 per hour, hourly only All Season Full time Job
Position length: 40 hours a week Monday-Friday

What you’ll do

• Make outbound calls to commercial properties and decision makers about landscaping, snow plowing, and salting services.
  
  
• Ask questions to qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for our estimator.
  
  
• Follow up with prospects and keep accurate call and appointment notes.
  
  
• When your primary tasks for the day are complete, help keep the office area clean.
  
  
• Assist the office manager by answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments as needed.
  
  

What we’re looking for

• A confident, professional phone manner.
  
  
• Experience with outbound calling, appointment setting, or business development.
  
  
• Strong organization, follow-through, and accurate recordkeeping.
  
  
• Landscaping or snow industry experience is helpful, but not required.
