Data Entry Clerk Job Description
Location: Stirling, VA (Fully On-site)
Salary: $50,000 annually
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Are you detail-oriented with a passion for supporting maritime operations? Join our team as a Maritime Documentation Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring seamless processing of seafarers’ certification passports. This position offers an excellent entry point into the maritime administrative field, providing opportunities for growth and skill development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and enter approximately 300 data entries daily related to seafarers’ documentation needs.
- Support the assembly and verification of certification passports, ensuring all required information is correctly compiled and organized.
- Maintain meticulous records to comply with maritime regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with team members to improve data accuracy and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience necessary; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must pass a background check.
