Back of House Specialist / Medical Assistant
\nRe Studios is Dr. Erika Klemperer’s flagship regenerative dermatology and aesthetics studio, located in the heart of Montecito. We are dedicated to the science and beauty of skin health.
\n \nAbout the Role:
\nOur Back of House Specialist / Medical Assistant is an integral member of our clinical team, supporting the day-to-day operations of our highly personalized dermatology practice, regenerative aesthetics, and Skin Longevity Suite. This is a dynamic hybrid role that combines exceptional clinical support with meticulous operational excellence to ensure every patient experience is seamless.
\n \nKey Responsibilities:

- Assist the physician with patient care and minor procedures, including skin biopsies \n
- Support our physician assistant with patient care and aesthetic treatments \n
- Prepare, clean, stock, and maintain exam and treatment rooms to the highest clinical and hospitality standards \n
- Clean, maintain, and manage medical instruments and equipment \n
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and restocking of medical and aesthetic supplies \n
- Provide thoughtful, personalized patient communication, including follow-up phone calls, care coordination, scheduling, and patient education \n
- Manage daily operations of the Skin Longevity Suite, including daily direct client care and concierge-level service coordinator for our members \n
- Maintain a seamless back office workflow \n

- Schedule: Part-time. Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm (32 hours weekly) \n
- Compensation: $23-28 per hour, commensurate with experience \n
- Experience: 1–2+ years of relevant education or experience preferred \n
- Commitment: A minimum 1 year commitment is requested \n
- Start date: September 1, 2026 (possible earlier start date for the right candidate) \n
