About Thrive Pet Healthcare, East Austin We’re a small animal primary care practice located in the heart of Austin, TX, providing comprehensive veterinary care for dogs and cats throughout East, South, and Central Austin. Our services include wellness and sickness exams, vaccinations, preventive care, spay and neuter procedures, surgery, diagnostic imaging, laboratory testing, and end-of-life care. Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Base Salary Range: $170,000-$200,000 In addition to base salary, this Medical Director opportunity includes a Medical Director leadership stipend, an elevated production percentage, and a substantial sign-on bonus , creating the opportunity for first-year total compensation well above $200,000!
