As a Freight Broker Tl/Ltl, your main responsibility will be to oversee the transportation of goods and materials for our company. Minimum qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Freight Broker or in a similar logistics role
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and industry practices
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using transportation management software

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Experience in managing Tl/Ltl shipments
• Familiarity with different modes of transportation (e.g., trucking, rail, air, ocean)
