Remote National Sales Executive, Professional Search 3–5+ years staffing/search industry experience required. Location: Flexible / Hybrid work environment; occasional travel as needed; remote flexibility available. Are you a staffing leader looking for your next opportunity? What you will do: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate new business. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing placements. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders. Lead full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and placing talent. What we’re looking for: 3–5+ years of staffing industry experience in sales and/or recruiting. Proven success in business development and client relationship management. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
