RN Cath LabStart date: (next applicable orientation date 3-4 wks out) Years of experience REQ: 18 months Cath Lab experience required; 2 years preferred. First-timers accepted: Y Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start) Is on-call REQ? Call is approx 9 shifts in a 5 week period Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes Open to accommodating block schedule? N Locals accepted: Y Local radius rule: Same Rate Pending License accepted: Y RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs for 3x12's – 40 hrs for 8/10's Special Requirements: Experience in EP and Vascular preferred.
