Shift: Monday-Friday (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Description:
- Coordinate transportation, shipments, and deliveries between plants, warehouses, and customers.
- Track and trace daily truck shipments to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
- Schedule carriers and manage transportation orders using SAP.
- Monitor transportation costs, service performance, and key logistics metrics.
- Communicate shipment updates, delays, and transportation issues with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
- Coordinate pickups with plants, warehouses, and shipping locations.
- Build loads, manage unrouted orders, and resolve shipment changes or delivery issues.
- Support carrier sourcing strategies and manage carrier assignments based on rankings.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to meet customer requirements.
- Review, log, and approve carrier invoices while ensuring accurate transportation records.
- Escalate complex transportation issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

- 2+ years of transportation, logistics, or supply chain experience with a related degree, or
- 4+ years of relevant transportation or logistics experience.
