They specialize in managing projects from pre-construction planning through execution and closeout, with a strong emphasis on efficiency, safety, and client satisfaction.Job DescriptionAssist in planning, coordinating, and executing software development projects across multiple teams. Support project managers in managing timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation. Track project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers. Facilitate sprint ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives) in Agile/Scrum environments. Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, and dashboards. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment. Help prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations. Coordinate with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery cycles. Understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and project lifecycle. Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Familiarity with project management and construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar). Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
