What will I own?

• Guiding the QC team to uphold company quality benchmarks and relevant industry codes.
• Performing scheduled inspections and formal audits across fabrication workflows and finished assemblies.
• Designing and deploying QC procedures that streamline operations and reduce rework.
• Partnering with production to spot process gaps and deliver targeted quality training.
• Turning quality data into concise reports with actionable recommendations.
• Rapidly troubleshooting and closing out quality issues to keep production moving.
• Maintaining awareness of the latest QC and fabrication best practices.

What experience do I need?

• Quality control/assurance background or experience as a lead welder in fabrication.
• Team leadership and people-development skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
• Competence using calipers, micrometers, and other precision gauges.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• High attention to detail and a drive for excellence.

When will I work?

1st Shift: Monday – Friday.
