We are seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth for our division.

In this role, you will manage an assigned geographic territory, build strong relationships with industrial buyers, and sell our products. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B industrial sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel heavily to meet clients face-to-face.

Core Responsibilities: Territory Growth: Prospect, qualify, and close new business accounts within the assigned region. Client Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing wholesale, retail, or manufacturing clients. Product Consultation: Educate customers on product specifications, grading standards, and applications. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and market demand to optimize sales strategies. Sales Pipeline: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial cold call and quoting to delivery follow-up.

Qualifications Experience: 2+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in forest products, building materials, or industrial manufacturing.

Travel: Ability to travel overnight throughout the designated sales territory. Skills: Strong communication, independent time management, and a clean driving record.

Manager/Technical Salesperson to design and execute a sales strategy for a territory, existing customers, and prospects to fulfill their requirements, and expectations from sale to implementation. Located in the Southeast region of the US.

· Willing to travel; have a clean and valid driver’s license

· Should be competent in problem-solving and decision-making

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively and be able to respond to different types of personalities

· CRM and/or database management system experience preferred

· Basic knowledge, skills and ability to navigate standard computer software

Must have a clean driving record.

Candidate must also pass a background check.

Must have reliable transportation.
