Job Opportunity: MRI Technologist - Cardiovascular Imaging
We are looking for a dedicated MRI Technologist with expertise in cardiovascular imaging to enhance our advanced pediatric care services. This position is based on-site in Boston and involves conducting high-quality MRI examinations, particularly focusing on cardiac and vascular protocols.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performing MRI scans with a strong emphasis on ensuring the safety and comfort of pediatric patients and their families.
- Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including radiologists, cardiologists, nursing staff, and anesthesia professionals.
- Adhering to established MRI safety protocols and infection control measures.
- Optimizing imaging protocols to improve patient outcomes.
- Participating in educational initiatives and contributing to innovative practices within a mission-driven and research-oriented setting.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- Relevant certification and experience in MRI technology, particularly in cardiovascular imaging.
- Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and families.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
This position requires working in a clinical environment, where you will engage directly with pediatric patients and their families. Flexibility in scheduling may be necessary to accommodate patient needs.
