Salary: $120,000–$145,000 per year, plus a potential $5,000 year-end bonus
Location: Wichita, KS (Onsite)

Summary:

Our client is a well-established provider of home infusion services with more than 35 years of experience delivering safe, convenient, and high-quality infusion therapy to patients. As their Wichita location continues to grow, they are seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join their pharmacy team and play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care.
Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate and monitor drug therapy in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Review, receive, verify, and document all new patient medication orders.
• Coordinate new patient referrals and admissions with nursing, customer service, and distribution teams.
• Establish therapeutic objectives and monitoring parameters for medication therapy.
• Provide medication consultations and respond to questions from patients, caregivers, physicians, and healthcare professionals.
• Process and verify medications, supplies, and equipment prior to dispensing.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations, organizational policies, and accreditation standards..

Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy preferred.
• Active Kansas Registered Pharmacist License required.
• Home infusion, specialty pharmacy, or sterile compounding experience.
• Retail pharmacists with leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical knowledge with the ability to evaluate and monitor drug therapies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work a Monday through Friday schedule with participation in an on-call rotation.
