Customer Service & Shipping Associate

Ricki’s Cookie Corner – Memphis, TN

Ricki’s Cookie Corner is looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking person to join our team!

This position is a mix of customer service, order taking, packaging, and shipping . We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized, and is comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced bakery environment.

Hours

10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Take customer orders in person and over the phone
• Help package and prepare orders for shipping
• Assist with organizing and fulfilling customer orders
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Provide excellent customer service
• Help the team wherever needed during busy periods
