Plan engaging, developmentally appropriate activities aligned with Primrose Balanced Learning tailored for toddlers
Ensure daily supervision, safety, and developmental support for infants
Maintain a welcoming, nurturing classroom environment
Conduct parent-teacher conferences & child assessments
Adhere to Primrose curriculum and policies
Collaborate with leadership for continuous improvement Were Looking For:
Enthusiastic, growth-minded educators
Lead Teacher qualified (Colorado ECT Certification required)
Preferred: 1+ year experience in Early Childhood Education or Childcare, specifically with toddlers
Flexibility and passion for teaching young children
