Assistant Store Manager – Spencer's Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and elevate guest service in a fast‑paced retail environment. Compensation Hourly rate ranges from $14.77 to $15.02, dependent on qualifications and experience. Assist the Store Manager in all operational tasks to maximize sales and profitability. Develop and coach staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage. Ensure all merchandising, inventory control, and company policies are followed. Maintain a safe and welcoming store environment. Qualifications Minimum age of 18. Prior retail and/or management experience required. Strong customer service and leadership skills. Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Physical Demands Job requires in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
