FOOD PREP / BACK-OF-HOUSE TEAM MEMBER
Location: Naf Naf Middle Eastern Grill – Brookfield, WI
We’re hiring an experienced Food Prep/Back-of-House Team Member to help prepare the fresh ingredients and bold flavors our guests love.
Pay: $16.00 per hour tips for experienced food pre[ team members.
Immediate openings available!
What You’ll Do:
Chop, portion, season, and prepare fresh ingredients.
Follow Naf Naf recipes and portion standards.
Prepare and Cook our signature proteins.
Prepare sauces, salads, vegetables, and other menu items.
Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked kitchen.
Follow food-safety, sanitation, and temperature-control procedures.
Assist with receiving deliveries and rotating inventory.
Work closely with the team to keep service running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous restaurant prep or back-of-house experience.
Dependable, hardworking, and able to work efficiently.
Strong attention to food quality and cleanliness.
Ability to follow recipes and complete daily prep lists.
Willingness to learn and support the team where needed.
Availability for morning, daytime, evening, or weekend shifts.
Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 pounds.
