# Industrial Processor / Burn Table Operator

**Location:** Vienna Area
**Pay Rate:** $20.00+ per hour (Based on Experience)
**Position Type:** Full-Time

## Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Processor / Burn Table Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in the Vienna area. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC Burn Tables and possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and metal fabrication. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a production environment.

## Responsibilities

* Operate CNC Burn Tables to process and manufacture parts according to specifications.
* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
* Set up materials and equipment for production runs.
* Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy.
* Perform quality inspections on completed parts.
* Conduct basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
* Maintain production records and documentation.
* Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
* Work closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
* Keep work areas clean and organized.

## Qualifications

### Education

* High School Diploma or GED preferred.

### Experience

* Minimum 1.5 years of experience operating a CNC Burn Table required.
* Manufacturing and production experience preferred.

### Knowledge & Skills

* Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and manufacturing techniques.
* Basic knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and practical applications.
* Basic knowledge of machines, tools, equipment operation, and preventative maintenance.
* Ability to perform simple machine repairs and adjustments.
* Strong verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
