Bowl Attendant

Job Description: At Main Event, our Bowl Attendant sets the stage for our Guests by providing a warm welcome and serving as their information source for all activities and specials. As a Bowl Attendant, you’re high energy, helpful, and knowledgeable so you can guide our Guests through the activities we offer to ensure their experience is FUN and memorable. You’re an expert in ensuring the bowling experience is exceptional and in using the various systems to successfully perform your job. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation. What will you be doing daily? Uphold our cleanliness and safety standards. Welcome and engage with all Guests, serving as ambassadors of FUN. Promote and recommend activities based on a Guest’s needs and activity availability. Troubleshoot and handle lane malfunction calls. Issue and clean bowling shoes; maintain shoe organization. Escort Guests to their lane and assist them with lane set up and ball selection. Ensure Guests adhere to all bowling safety standards. Process payment transactions and welcome our Guests back. Maintain a clean and organized Bowl Desk and/or lanes; complete side duties. Position requirements Prior food and beverage or retail experience is a plus, but not required. Guest focused mindset. Teamwork is a must. Strong problem‑solving and multi‑tasking skills. Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business. Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests. Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.
