Janitorial Associate

Janitorial Associate - Madera, CA We’re looking to hire a hard‑working reliable janitor who can maintain the cleanliness and safety of our building. You’ll be responsible for all cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, wiping down gym equipment, and emptying trash. Duties also include trash pick‑up in and outside of the facility. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, some experience with cleaning and supplies, and takes pride in a job well done. Responsibilities Ensure the building is clean, safe, and well‑maintained Lock doors to ensure building security once cleaning is finished Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans daily Document areas cleaned and inform managers if major repairs need to be made Wipe up spills and other hazards with sponges and squeegees Qualifications Strong working knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment Over 1 year of experience in cleaning services as a janitor or similar job Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite is required Hardworking, detail‑oriented, and strong work ethic Excellent stamina and physical health Compensation $16 hourly #J-18808-Ljbffr
