Job Description:


We are seeking an identity-management-focused Systems Administrator to support Microsoft Identity Management operations and maintenance, access governance, and future modernization of the IAM environment for our Federal Government customer at the client location in Herndon, VA.


Required experience:

• Microsoft Identity Management (MIM) architecture and operations.
• Routine operating-system patching and system upgrades.
• Database and application patching.
• Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, LDAP, and Group Policy.
• Tier 2/3 support for synchronization failures, access issues, and other escalated service desk incidents.
• SQL query scripting.
• PowerShell scripting.
• C# and the .NET framework.
• Auditing, synchronizing, and cleaning identity data across disparate data tables.
• Maintaining identity-data integrity, consistency, and flow.
• Implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

Preferred experience:

• Administration of Microsoft Exchange Subscription Edition.
• Strong familiarity with the Windows OS framework.
• Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, SailPoint, Dell One Identity, PowerSynchPro, and/or Saviynt.
• Ability to troubleshoot critical infrastructure issues across both MIM and Microsoft Exchange.
• Advanced SQL querying, optimization, and database development
