Handle escalated customer complaints and issues. Train and mentor customer service representatives. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role. Leadership and organizational skills. Communication and problem-solving abilities. Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year About Our Agency I have been a State Farm agent since 2009. I am a second generation State Farm agent. Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, and Bronze Tablet Additional languages spoken: Spanish State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
