Senior RF Test System Development Engineer - Onsite McKinney, TX

Position Overview Senior RF Test Development Engineer – Onsite, McKinney, TX (US‑Citizen, U.S. Person or eligible immigration status required). The role requires a DoD Secret security clearance and is 100% onsite. The successful candidate will develop and maintain production test systems, evaluate yields, resolve production test issues, and provide training and guidance to operators. Responsibilities Support Lead Test Development Engineer(s) in design, integration, verification and validation of production test solutions for RF modules, RF Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs), antenna sub‑assemblies, power supplies and computing sub‑assemblies. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deploy test solutions that meet technical and production test needs. Drive Test Development teams to resolve technical issues, support troubleshooting efforts, and meet deployment deadlines and production milestones. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM); Electrical Engineering preferred. Minimum five (5) years of related experience with RF and microwave products. Experience with RF testing and equipment. Experience applying statistical analysis to data for decision-making. Proficient communication and presentation skills. Experience authoring test results using Microsoft Office tools. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Experience with bench testing of RF/Microwave modules. Strong collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams. Benefits Health, dental and vision coverage.
