CT Technologist – Radiology

Schedule: - Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Fri/Sat/Sun

Assignment Details:

Typical caseload: ~25 cases/day
Solo overnight expectation with CT assistant available for support

Requirements:

Required certifications: ARRT (R), ARRT (CT), BLS
License: Must have a valid Washington license
Preferred: 2 years of CT experience; will accept 1 year if from a trauma or high-acuity center

Key clinical skills:

Contrast administration and contrast-enhanced studies (head, chest, abdomen, pelvis)
Vascular CTA, brain perfusion
Biopsies/aspirations, peripheral IV starts
Trauma/high-acuity imaging experience
PACS workflow experience; experience with GE and Siemens systems

Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform CT scans in accordance with established protocols
Administer contrast media and monitor patients for adverse reactions
Collaborate with emergency department staff for patient care
Maintain equipment, perform quality control checks, and ensure safety standards

Compliance / Notes:

Orientation: 40 hours
Must commit to working 3 of the 5 specified holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
Return-to-office/scheduling requests must be submitted upfront
