Position Overview Crazy Maple Studio is seeking a highly strategic and creatively driven Creative Project Manager (LATAM) to lead the development and execution of our LATAM content slate across Spanish‑and Portuguese‑speaking markets. This role serves as the creative and production lead across all LATAM projects, overseeing multiple productions simultaneously while ensuring alignment with ReelShort’s creative vision, brand standards, and business objectives. The Creative Project Manager will guide internal teams and external partners, working closely with Creative Producers and vendors to ensure seamless execution and high‑quality delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong creative instincts, high-level production oversight, and structured project leadership, with the ability to manage a full slate of content from concept through delivery. Responsibilities Creative Leadership & Slate Oversight Own and oversee the LATAM content slate, ensuring a strong pipeline of high‑quality, culturally relevant projects Lead creative development across projects, including script evaluation, story development, and content adaptation for local audiences Provide high‑level creative direction to writers, directors, and production partners to ensure compelling storytelling and strong audience engagement Ensure all content aligns with ReelShort’s brand voice, tone, and performance expectations Identify content opportunities based on regional trends, audience insights, and emerging formats in the LATAM market Production Oversight & Project Leadership Oversee end‑to‑end execution of multiple productions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at a high standard Collaborate across teams to manage timelines, workflows, and deliverables across all LATAM projects Establish clear production frameworks, workflows, and best practices to improve efficiency and scalability Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement solutions to ensure smooth execution Ensure alignment across creative, production, marketing, and localization teams Vendor & Partner Management Lead relationships with external production companies, creative partners, and vendors across the LATAM region Identify, evaluate, and onboard top‑tier creative talent and production partners Provide strategic guidance and feedback to vendors to ensure consistent quality and execution Oversee vendor performance, ensuring all deliverables meet creative and technical standards Operational & Cross‑functional Coordination Ensure seamless communication and information flow across teams, keeping stakeholders aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables Oversee production documentation, including contracts, deliverables, and reporting, in collaboration with internal teams Partner with finance and legal teams on budgets, contracts, and vendor agreements Support the development of marketing strategies by aligning creative output with audience growth and platform performance goals Maintain visibility across all active projects and ensure organizational clarity across departments Team Leadership & Support Serve as the central leader for all LATAM productions, providing direction, guidance, and support to Creative Producers and cross‑functional teams Mentor and develop junior team members to build a strong and scalable regional production team Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high‑performance team culture Ensure teams are equipped with the tools, clarity, and structure needed to execute successfully Requirements 6+ years of experience in creative production, producing, or content development within entertainment, streaming, or digital media Proven experience overseeing multiple projects or a content slate, with strong creative and operational ownership Strong creative judgment with experience in scripted content development and storytelling Experience working with external vendors, production companies, and creative talent Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex workflows across teams Strong understanding of LATAM audiences, cultural nuances, and content trends Ability to lead through influence, providing direction without needing to be hands‑on in day‑to‑day production Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a strong plus Experience in vertical content, short‑form video, or streaming entertainment is a plus Benefits USD 4,000 per month Crazy Maple Studio, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr Crazy Maple Studio
