Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated capability to function independently and within a collaborative team
• Must have an active state-approved Speech-Language Pathology license

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students demonstrating speech and language challenges
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address individual needs
• Provide targeted therapeutic interventions to help students reach their communication goals
• Monitor, track, and document progress with attention to detail
• Collaborate with a diverse team, including educators and fellow therapists, for integrated care
• Educate and involve families in the therapy process to maximize student success
