Territory Sales Representative

The Foster Klima agency is in MN, ND, and SD. We can only hire individuals who reside in MN, ND, West Wisconsin, North Iowa, and SD. Remote Opportunity after training and licensing. No territory restrictions — serve clients nationwide!! We are currently seeking an excellent outside sales representative who can develop a sales strategy and build and expand buyer relationships to achieve sales goals. You’ll be responsible for seeking out, engaging with, and presenting our solutions to new prospects and current customers. Responsibilities: • Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities • Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly • Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice • Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel • Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures Qualifications: • Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals • At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 at plan earnings
