Join Our Team as a Housekeeping & Laundry Attendant!Tru by Hilton – Downtown Springfield, MODo you take pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces? If so, we'd love to have you join our team at Tru by Hilton Downtown Springfield!We are seeking a Housekeeping & Laundry Attendant who will play an important role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and exceptional stay.ScheduleTypical shift: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PMWeekends are requiredAdditional hours may be available based on hotel occupancy and business needs.What You'll DoClean and prepare guest rooms to Hilton brand standards.Change linens, make beds, and replenish room amenities.Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and public areas.Operate commercial laundry equipment to wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens and towels.Maintain a clean, organized laundry room and housekeeping storage areas.Report maintenance concerns and damaged items.Deliver outstanding service by helping create a positive guest experience.What We're Looking ForPositive attitude and strong work ethic.Dependable with excellent attendance.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.Previous hotel housekeeping or laundry experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate!Why Join Us?Friendly, supportive team environment.Employee discounts at Hilton hotels.Opportunities for growth and advancement.Competitive pay based on experience.A chance to be part of a team that takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality every day.If you're reliable, hardworking, and enjoy making a difference behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.
