Senior Living Maintenance Director
Continuum Services
Continuum Services is seeking a Maintenance Director for a senior living community. Under the Regional Director, you will oversee all facility upkeep, preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents. You will respond to work orders, coordinate with outside vendors, keep logs, supervise cleaning and grounds, and participate in annual inspections. A background in facilities, MEP, drywall, paint, and strong communication with residents is #J-18808-Ljbffr Continuum Services
