Located in the beautiful coastal town of Dana Point adjacent to Laguna Beach, this town played an iconic role in the emergence of California's surf culture and today is celebrated for its laid-back vibe and fun, active lifestyle. The resort is perched on 175 acres atop a 150-foot seaside bluff with over 400 rooms, 115,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space, and 8 food and Beverage outlets. As a Payroll and Labor Analytics Manager, you’re not just leading the hotel’s payroll operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.Process Bi-Weekly Payroll: 40%Review and submit all tips/commission/service charges/other payConfirm schedules received in balanceSubmit TMX ticket and send schedulesReview earnings details for:Unpaired punchesCorrections done properlyAttestations actioned correctlyReview Blended Sick/Holiday and update trackingUpdate benefit rate on OEM for time offSalaried Managers Exempt SheetsReview all signed sheetsFollow up on signed days off versus UnifocusBalance input hours/dollars to schedule maintained for each week of payrollReview over 40 hours reports for accuracyReview balancing email sent by SSC for reply if necessaryRun all payroll audit reportsCompile packet for approval by DOF/ControllerMaintain Payroll Checklist, SOPs, and instructional documents for payroll process.Create SOPs in order to standardize property payroll for consistencyTrain new managers on payroll processing and expectationsAudit system report to ensure accuracy.
