What You'll Do

• Client Management
• Support Account Executives in servicing middle-market commercial P&C accounts
• Assist with day-to-day client needs, including policy changes, documentation, billing questions, endorsements, and certificates of insurance
• Help prepare renewal materials and marketing submissions; coordinate with producers to ensure timely delivery and strong client outcomes

• Brokerage Excellence
• Apply knowledge to navigate complex coverage structures and negotiate with carriers
• Communicate with carriers to obtain quotes, endorsements, and other policy information
• Follow Arvor's client service playbook and contribute to maintaining consistent, high-quality service standards

• Innovation & Collaboration
• Participate in pilots of new tools and systems, providing feedback on usability and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product, to help improve service workflows.
• Demonstrate curiosity, reliability, and attention to detail in all aspects of work.

• Technician: You know commercial P&C coverages inside and out, combining technical mastery with meticulous attention to detail.
• Partner: You thrive in collaboration with producers, clients, and carriers, building trust through responsiveness and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial insurance brokerage experience (you have focused on middle-market and/or large accounts)
• Understanding of core commercial lines (Property, GL, Auto, WC, Umbrella and Specialty Lines)
• Proven success managing a book of complex accounts
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Active, current P&C License (advanced designations a plus)
• Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable in fast-moving environments

$85,000 - $150,000 a year
