Be part of a company that appreciates you and rewards your work.We are looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Dispatcher to support our service technicians and customers.Work Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pmPay: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour + performance-based bonusesBenefits: Medical, Dental & Vision InsuranceCompany-Paid Life InsuranceCompany-Paid Short-Term & Long-Term Disability401(k) with Company Match2 Weeks (80 hours) Paid Vacation that accrues with years of servicePaid Holidays3 Paid Sick DaysQuarterly Team Events featuring BBQ, crawfish boils, and great foodWhat You Will Be Doing: Answering incoming callsReceiving service requests via incoming calls, emails and account managersDispatching commercial Service TechniciansScheduling routine/ annual maintenanceResponsible for building small quotes for techniciansClose out calls with technicians after service calls - insure invoices are closed out properly and material are allocated correctlyTime allocated and time spent on jobs is correct on invoices and time cardOrder parts as neededWarranty registrationDaily work in ServiceTitianWhat We Are Looking For: Commercial HVAC Dispatching experienceExperience with ServiceTitian, Field Edge, in-house pro, or similar dispatching softwareHigh attention to detailAdvanced customer service skillsBasic accounting or AR experience is ideal
