In this role, the Surgical Services Nurse Manager provides direct leadership to charge nurses, clinical supervisors, and frontline perioperative staff while collaborating across departments to ensure smooth surgical operations. Strong partnerships with quality, infection prevention, and materials management are central to the Surgical Services Nurse Manager’s success.

The Surgical Services Nurse Manager oversees an active OR department with 16 surgical suites, supporting approximately 3,500 inpatient surgeries and nearly 10,000 outpatient procedures each year.
