$35-$45/Hour + Take-Home Vehicle

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Perform maintenance, service, and repair calls efficiently and professionally
• Identify and resolve electrical, airflow, refrigerant, and control-related issues
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly with homeowners
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience built on trust and professionalism
• Complete accurate service documentation and job notes
• Work closely with dispatch and leadership to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle
• Follow all safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and company procedures

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
• Experience servicing furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and air handlers
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
• Pride in quality workmanship and doing the job right the first time
