Residential HVAC Service Technician

$35-$45/Hour + Take-Home Vehicle

What You'll Do

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
Perform maintenance, service, and repair calls efficiently and professionally
Identify and resolve electrical, airflow, refrigerant, and control-related issues
Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly with homeowners
Deliver an exceptional customer experience built on trust and professionalism
Complete accurate service documentation and job notes
Work closely with dispatch and leadership to ensure smooth operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle
Follow all safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and company procedures

What We're Looking For

3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
Experience servicing furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and air handlers
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong communication and customer service skills
Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
Pride in quality workmanship and doing the job right the first time
