If you join Inspire, you will have an admin team, flexible schedule, Benefits (Medical, Dental & Vision, 401K) a beautiful office, a positive fun work culture, team outings and meetings and the ability to create a schedule that works for your life.--We're looking for a Psychiatrist or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with Full Practice Authority (FPA) willing to work a minimum of 20 hours a week (Monday-Friday 8am-2pm or similar daytime hours). Evenings, weekends and holidays are not required, but are available. Inspire can provide a collaborative physician, or PMHNP's can continue working with a collaborative physician of their choice.PMHNP will have the opportunity to work at one or multiple locations, based on preference and office availability. --We'll work with you to set your schedule and you'll have a dedicated, beautiful, office each week. Inspire serves a wide variety of clients, including kids, adolescents, adults, families and couples. Intakes are scheduled for an hour. Follow-up appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes, allowing you time to talk with your patients and do your charts.--At Inspire, we take good care of our employees, so you can take care of your clients. We encourage all of our clients will be getting support from therapists (either at Inspire or outside Inspire) to help support your work to be most effective and allow you to focus on what you do best. Our therapists will do a comprehensive Intake session with patients before your first visit, so you will have access to their mental and health history, medications, prescriptions and allergies before you see the patient. PMHNPs can then do their own intake.--As part of a large practice, you get a strong administrative team who takes care of you, so you can focus on your clients. We handle all intake calls, scheduling, re-scheduling, new client paperwork, scheduling, billing, insurance, credit card processing, marketing, office management, and more. Requirements: Responsibilities:Psychiatric evaluations and medication assessmentsPrescription of psychotropic medication and and follow-up medication.Crisis intervention, as neededTreatment plans for medications and therapies that best support each patient.Maintain all documentation necessary for patient recordsCollaborate with Inspire's team to best support each clientCreate strong relationships with patients and their families and provide education regarding medications/symptoms/illness/side effectsCollaborate with other treatment providers, as neededAbility to work independently, problem solve and manage multiple prioritiesComply strictly with medical care regulations and safety standardsQualifications:Current licensed to practice as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner PMHNP in the state of IllinoisFull Practice Authority (FPA)--Previous experience working with children/adolescent and adult patients in private practice a bonus, but not required.PI9b603b2e2f63-25660-35605205
