The role includes a full spectrum of operative and non-operative plastic surgery care in a primarily outpatient setting, with occasional inpatient responsibilities. You will join a collaborative team of five experienced plastic surgeons, four advanced practice providers, and dedicated support staff aligned with patient volumes, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.The practice supports a wide range of reconstructive and cosmetic procedures, including breast reduction and augmentation, panniculectomy or abdominoplasty, blepharoplasty, and brow lifts, with additional opportunities to develop microsurgical interests. Microsurgery is supported, with interest in microsurgical breast reconstruction preferred. Physicians enjoy autonomy to tailor their practice to areas of interest, access to a large referral base, on-site OT hand therapy, and participation in medical missions.
